Welcome to the tutorial of the new E-Tender Procurement Portal by the Tobago House of Assembly (THA). This digital platform will help to simplify the process of doing business with the THA.

The THA has previously mandated that all procurement activities will be facilitated exclusively through the e-Tender platform. As such, all vendors will be required to register using the new E-Tender portal.

Each supplier is responsible for completing their own registration and is encouraged to do so as soon as possible in order to access upcoming procurement opportunities.
