Effective July 7, 2025, the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) has mandated that all procurement activities be conducted exclusively through the e-Tender platform.

All vendors are therefore required to register on the platform using the following link: https://tha.etenderworld.tt.

Each supplier is responsible for completing their own registration and is encouraged to do so as soon as possible in order to access upcoming procurement opportunities.

Please note that any ongoing tenders issued by the Division of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities, and Transportation via the Procurement Control Office website (Tender Notices) will proceed as scheduled. However, all future tenders will be managed solely through the e-Tender platform.
